The training responsibilities of the college are: to formulate an annual training plan according to the central work of the People's Bank of China and the training tasks assigned by the head office; To undertake the training tasks of the People's Bank of China, department-level cadres and county branch presidents; To undertake the development of training materials for cadres of the People's Bank of China issued by the Head Office, the construction of test questions bank and the development of distance education courseware; Carry out investigation and research work around the responsibilities of the People's Bank of China and the characteristics of cadre training; Strengthen information exchange with financial institutions and relevant units, and provide relevant information services for the training of cadres and employees of the People's Bank of China.
