According to the spirit of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance's Notice on Registration of Accounting Qualification Examination in 2009 (Su Caikuai [2009] No.9), the specific matters of registration in our city are hereby notified as follows:

I. Registration conditions

Persons who register for the accounting qualification examination shall meet the following basic conditions: 1. Abide by accounting and other financial laws and regulations; 2. Have good moral quality; 3. Have basic accounting knowledge and skills.

Second, the examination subjects

1. Financial regulations and accounting professional ethics; 2. Accounting basis; 3. Primary accounting computerization or abacus five levels.

Candidates who take the examination must choose the examination subjects in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Persons who have obtained accounting professional degrees (or academic qualifications) from technical secondary schools or above (including technical secondary schools) recognized by the national education administrative departments can apply for financial regulations and accounting professional ethics respectively within 2 years (including 2 years) from the date of graduation (subject to the date of graduation certificate).

Accounting major refers to: (1) accounting (2) computerized accounting (3) specialization of certified public accountants (4) auditing (5) financial management (6) financial management.

2. Those who do not belong to the above situation must apply for three subjects at the same time (financial regulations and accounting professional ethics, accounting foundation, primary accounting computerization or abacus) (and the three subjects must pass the exam within the same year).

Third, the registration method

Examination registration is divided into two steps: online registration and on-site confirmation.

1. Time and method of online registration

Applicants should log on to the "Suzhou Accounting Window" website at 9: 00 on June 1 day and at 7: 00 on July1day, 2009, and enter the "Jiangsu Accounting Qualification Examination Registration" column on the www.szczkj.suzhou.gov.cn website or the "Suzhou Finance Bureau" website of www.szcz.gov.cn website. According to the online application process and requirements, remember the online registration.

2. Confirm the time and place on site

Applicants must hold the Jiangsu Accounting Qualification Examination Registration Information Form, the second-generation ID card, graduation certificate and other relevant documents and a copy of 1 (non-local ID card candidates must also provide a valid temporary residence permit, work unit certificate or student ID card), and go through the confirmation formalities at the confirmation address specified in the description column of the registration information form.

(1) On-site confirmation time: July1March-July 24th at 9: 00 am-1:30 pm 1: 00-4: 30 pm (no rest on weekends).

(2) Registration confirmation address of urban areas (except Wuzhong and Xiangcheng): Suzhou Zhonghua Accounting Correspondence School (No.Xi Zhong 127).

(3) For the on-site confirmation locations of candidates in cities (counties), Wuzhong and Xiangcheng districts, please refer to the announcements of the financial departments of cities (counties) and districts.

Four, the examination method, examination time and admission ticket printing time.

1. Computer testing shall be carried out in urban areas (except Wuzhong and Xiangcheng) and Kunshan. That is, financial regulations and accounting professional ethics, accounting foundation and primary accounting computerization are all computer examinations.

The examination time of "Financial Regulations and Accounting Professional Ethics" and "Accounting Basis" is from June 2009 to June 2009 (the specific time is subject to the admission ticket). Candidates should log on to the website of Suzhou Accounting Window in www.szczkj.suzhou.gov.cn or Suzhou Finance Bureau in www.szcz.gov.cn from120 (65438). Enter the column of "Jiangsu Accounting Qualification Examination Registration" and print the admission ticket by yourself. The admission ticket does not need to be stamped.

The examination time of primary accounting computerization is September (the specific time is subject to the admission ticket). Candidates should log on to the website of "Suzhou Accounting Window" in www.szczkj.suzhou.gov.cn or "Suzhou Finance Bureau" in www.szcz.gov.cn from August 20th, and enter the column of "Registration for Accounting Qualification Examination in Jiangsu Province" to print the admission ticket themselves. The admission ticket does not need to be stamped.

The abacus test time for urban candidates (except Wuzhong and Xiangcheng) is September (the specific time is subject to the admission ticket). From August 20th to 30th, I will pick up the admission ticket at Wuqueqiao Lane/South Building of KLOC-0/8/Room KLOC-0/02 (closed on weekends).

Please refer to the announcement notice of Kunshan Finance Bureau for details of the time and place of collecting the abacus test and admission ticket for Kunshan candidates.

2. The examination methods in Wuzhong District, Xiangcheng District, Zhangjiagang, Taicang and Wujiang are: "Financial Regulations and Accounting Professional Ethics" and "Accounting Basis".
