The nurse certificate needs to pass the nurse professional skill appraisal exam. After passing the examination, the national vocational qualification certificate for nurses will be issued by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. To apply for a registered nurse, one should meet the following conditions: (1) Having full capacity for civil conduct; (two) in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning to complete more than 3 years of nursing, midwifery and other ordinary full-time professional courses, including teaching and general hospitals to complete more than 8 months of nursing clinical practice, and obtain the corresponding academic certificates; (3) Having passed the nurse qualification examination organized by the competent health department of the State Council; (four) in line with the health standards stipulated by the competent department of health in the State Council. The application for registration of nurse practice shall be filed within 3 years from the date of passing the nurse qualification examination; If an application is filed within the time limit, in addition to meeting the conditions specified in Items (1), (2) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, it shall also receive clinical nursing training for 3 months in medical and health institutions that meet the conditions specified by the competent health department of the State Council, and pass the examination.
Measures for the qualification examination of nurses shall be formulated by the competent health department of the State Council in conjunction with the personnel department of the State Council.
