Established in 1984, Kaifeng air separation group welding training and examination center (formerly known as pressure vessel welder examination Committee) is a provincial special equipment welder examination institution approved by Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and holds the qualification certificate of Henan Provincial Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Pipeline Welder Examination Committee issued by Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Qualification scope of approved welder examination: 1. Welding methods: SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW, PAW；; 2. Material category: ① steel, Fe Ⅰ, Fe Ⅱ, Fe Ⅳ, ② aluminum and aluminum alloy, Al Ⅰ, Al Ⅱ, Al Ⅲ, Al Ⅴ, ③ nickel and nickel alloy, Ni Ⅰ ~ Ni Ⅴ. Since its establishment, the examination institutions have strictly standardized management in strict accordance with the requirements of national norms, and the examination work has been open, fair and just.

Our center has a strong faculty. Teaching teachers and theoretical teachers have been engaged in welding training for many years and have rich practical experience. The fixed assets of the center are 800,000 yuan, and the examination area is 270 square meters. It is divided into test sites, offices, warehouses and sample testing rooms. The number of operation skill examination stations is 12, with computer examination stations, electronic management of welder files and examination database suitable for the corresponding welder examination needs. New modern examination and office space are under construction.
