Europe established the "Brain Decade" Committee in 199 1. 1996, the European-American brain research alliance was established at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. From 1996, Japan began to plan the "brain science era" for 20 years, and in June 2003, it set a strategic goal of 5438+0. It also started the research project of "Brain Science and Education", invested huge sums of money, and gradually built an ideal teaching method and education system.
