This year, the provincial finance subsidizes grassroots medical and health institutions (mainly township hospitals) to train specialists 1 10,000 people.
The majors involved this time are clinical medicine, preventive medicine, nursing, pharmacy, medical examination technology, rehabilitation treatment technology, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage, with a schooling of 3 years, and are full-time specialties. Applicants must be previous ordinary high school graduates who have signed up for the 2023 college entrance examination in Hunan Province and were born after 65438+February 3, 20021;
You must have a household registration in the county where the enrollment plan is located (the deadline for household registration is June 7, 2023), and voluntarily take root in the grassroots medical and health institutions (mainly township hospitals) in the county where your household registration is located to engage in grassroots health services.
The Provincial Health and Wellness Commission and the Provincial Education Department entrusted Hunan 10 full-time higher vocational colleges (specialties) for training, namely: Changsha Social Work College, Changsha Health Vocational College, Hunan Environmental Biology Vocational and Technical College, Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xiangtan Medical and Health Vocational and Technical College, Yueyang Vocational College, Changde Vocational and Technical College and Yiyang Medical College;
Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College, Loudi Vocational and Technical College, etc. According to the development plan of regional health talents and the actual needs of various places, the Provincial Health and Wellness Commission and the Provincial Department of Education, on the basis of comprehensive balance, compiled the "Source Plan for Training Local Specialized Talents in Grassroots Medical and Health Institutions in Hunan Province in 2023" (see Annex for details). The enrollment plans of the above institutions are all included in our annual enrollment master plan.
Students trained locally in each training school study independently according to their majors and are brought into the unified management of their respective departments. After graduation, students majoring in clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage will continue to train assistant general practitioners and traditional Chinese medicine assistant general practitioners for two years in accordance with the relevant national policies (that is, the "3+2" medical talent training model).
Students who participate in the training of assistant general practitioners and Chinese medicine assistant general practitioners through the "3+2" mode enjoy the relevant policy treatment of training assistant general practitioners and Chinese medicine assistant general practitioners during the training period.
