According to the provisions of the Notice, enterprises that have enjoyed the occupational security subsidies can continue to apply. Enterprises that have enjoyed the occupational security subsidies in 2009 and meet the following conditions may continue to apply for occupational security subsidies:

(a) affected by the international financial crisis, the production and operation of enterprises are facing temporary difficulties and are expected to recover (excluding enterprises that have stopped production, closed down or gone bankrupt).
