What law did PUA violate?
1.PUA violated the criminal law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

1.PUA initially refers to the behavior of men to continuously improve their emotional intelligence through study and practice, and later refers to people who attract and fascinate the opposite sex and their related behaviors. After spreading, it gradually became a harmful tool to cheat money and instigate suicide. Therefore, PUA is suspected of many criminal offences, including fraud, rape, teaching criminal methods, and spreading obscene articles.

2.PUA, originally meant as "an artist who chats up", generally refers to using a certain dominant position to manipulate others to satisfy their wishes through mental control. Later, the application fields were extended to workplace PUA, academic PUA and so on. Its essence is to use speech and psychological skills to control others and gain benefits in interpersonal relationships. PUA can make people doubt themselves, lose themselves and lack independent judgment.

Second, the legal liability analysis that PUA may involve

Some PUA's mind control is not only a violation of morality or public safety, but also obviously suspected of criminal offences.

1, which may be suspected of intentional homicide and intentional injury as stipulated in Articles 232 and 234 of China's Criminal Law. According to the contents of the textbooks of PUA training institutions reported by the media, one of the ways for PUA personnel to test their degree of control is to encourage victims to commit suicide or self-injury. In this regard, it should be noted that PUA's encouragement of suicide or self-injury is not the same as "instigation" in the general sense, because PUA has the characteristics of manipulating and depriving victims of their normal thinking ability. At this time, the victim is the "tool" for PUA to test its manipulation degree, so in essence PUA is suspected of constituting an indirect principal offender, and of course it may also be suspected of intentional homicide and intentional injury.

In addition, we also need to see a situation: PUA tends to develop a large number of control objects in order to satisfy desires, pursue the relationship between men and women and maximize economic benefits. At this time, if PUA personnel have sexually transmitted diseases, they still indulge or even hope to infect others for the purpose of sexual pleasure or revenge on society. According to the provisions of China's criminal law and related judicial interpretations, their intentional transmission of sexually transmitted diseases is also suspected of intentional injury.

2. It may be suspected of fraud as stipulated in Article 266 of China's Criminal Law. Judging from the textbooks of PUA training institutions reported by the media, PUA not only aims at "knocking down", but also advocates "crazy squeezing" and "double deception of money and color" after "knocking down". Some textbooks even describe defrauding victims of their property as "looking for pigs, raising pigs, killing pigs and eating pigs" and advocating "letting girls send their cars and houses to the peak of their lives", which is extremely insulting. Generally speaking, people with the following characteristics are likely to be suspected of fraud:

The virtuality of (1) identity. PUA usually conceals real identity information such as names;

(2) Fiction of reasons. Will fabricate various reasons to let the victim fall into misunderstanding and "give" property based on misunderstanding; In the name of "borrowing", PUA is often reluctant to sign a written "loan agreement", and the reason for borrowing is also fictitious;

(3) the persistence of fraud. PUA is usually "squeezed" and "squeezed dry", and the amount involved is often huge;

(4) the rapidity of losing contact. Once PUA is "unprofitable" or "closed at a good time", it will casually find an excuse to break up, and then quickly "pull the black and lose contact".

3. It may be suspected of rape as stipulated in Article 236 of China's Criminal Law. PUA's deception is different from "deception" in the general sense, because PUA's deception is very defensive. PUA often has an all-round fiction from the very beginning, making a "panoramic" fiction from the aspects of name, education, identity, status, occupation, marital status and family status. This makes women's sexual defense psychology and sexual defense seriously weakened or even deprived in the state of complete information inequality. In addition, PUA will manipulate the victim mentally, which will of course seriously violate the victim's free will. Therefore, even if violence or coercion is not used, PUA personnel may still be suspected of rape.

4. It may be suspected of the crime of organizing, leading and participating in underworld organizations as stipulated in Article 294 of the Criminal Law of our country. Many PUA training institutions have a clear organizational structure and division of labor. From the compilation of teaching materials to the on-site teaching of "cash withdrawal skills", "suicide encouragement skills" and "pet cultivation skills", it is obvious that the typical characteristics of the main business activities are the crime of teaching criminal methods and the crime of illegally using information networks, which has been suspected of being an underworld organization that is not evil and harms the masses. What's more, some PUA training institutions organize scoring competitions, such as "pushing down Chu women for a few points and pushing down minors for a few points", which is very bad in nature; There are also PUA training institutions that organize the printing of fake academic certificates of famous schools such as "Qing" and "North", which are suspected of forging the seals of public institutions; Other PUA training institutions will jointly make "pig killing plates" and extract trophies from each "single". Wait, ugly behavior has been suspected of a criminal offence.

Third, the harm of PUA.

1. Love object mind control

2. School tutors are squeezed mentally.

3. Stealing students' scientific research achievements

4. Force the other party to continue to pay

5. Workplace leaders deliberately belittle

6. Just promise to draw empty cakes.
