I am a full-time security officer at the construction site of this project. Under the correct leadership of the project manager and with the strong support of all the staff, I have done a good job in safety management and safety supervision in subway track-laying construction in strict accordance with the company's safety rules and regulations and the owner's safety requirements. Generally speaking, the security situation is good, and no major safety accidents have occurred. Below, I will report my own safety work to the leaders and colleagues as follows:
First, strengthen safety education and establish the concept of safety first.
To do a good job in safety management and safety supervision, we must strengthen safety education, establish the concept of safety first, keep the alarm ringing, and never forget safety. I ask all staff to establish the idea that "safety is for production, and production must be safe", resolutely put an end to safety accidents, and strictly do four things: First, keep a clear head and sound the alarm bell. In the process of subway track laying construction, we should always keep a clear head, fully realize the importance of safety production, always keep a high degree of vigilance, concentrate on safety production, and form an ideological atmosphere of "everyone stresses safety, everything stresses safety, always wants safety, and ensures safety everywhere" at the project site to eliminate all potential safety hazards. Second, resolutely implement safety rules and regulations, establish a post responsibility system for safety production, make the responsibility to people, have a clear division of labor, and run safety through the whole production process. The third is to learn the knowledge of safe production, be familiar with the operation and use of new technologies and equipment, as well as the technical difficulties and hidden dangers in recent production, and improve their overall technical level. In the daily construction, I deeply and effectively carry out the activities of "caring for life, safe development", "anti-violation" and "investigation and management of potential safety hazards", adhere to the people-oriented principle, cultivate the concept of "I am responsible", and strive to create a "controlled, controllable and controllable" environment for safe production. Through these activities, the safety awareness of all employees on the project site has been effectively improved, so that they attach great importance to it ideologically, take it seriously in their work, do a good job in safety production in a down-to-earth manner, and ensure the long-term safe and stable development of the project site.
Third, do a good job in warning education and put an end to illegal operations.
In order to ensure the safety of subway track laying construction, on the basis of safety technical disclosure, I pay special attention to warning education and put an end to illegal operations. First, organize and lead all employees to seriously study warning education materials, try to find the weak links of safety management, and urge the team to rectify on schedule. Second, seriously sum up the problems existing in safety management, improve the understanding of typical violations, and compare them with the actual situation to prevent violations from happening on the project site.
Four, in-depth construction site, strengthen inspection and assessment.
This year, I went deep into the construction site to strengthen inspection and assessment to ensure safe production. In our project site, the key to safe production lies in the team, and the team has mastered the bulk of safe production and stabilized the safe production situation on the project site. I insist on going deep into the team, attending the pre-shift meeting of each operation, and giving correct guidance on safety measures and construction methods. For the safety management of subway track laying construction, it is necessary to "be present in person and check every day" and constantly supervise and check the implementation of rules and regulations and safety measures. Of the 65 projects accumulated in the first half of the year, 562 sub-projects were qualified at one time, 559 were excellent and 236 were excellent. The qualified rate of sub-projects is 99.4%, and the excellent rate is 42%. Especially in xxx, the construction of xxx, after three months of intense construction, the 9.87-kilometer pipeline has been completely completed. But behind the progress, we should also be soberly aware of our own problems and shortcomings. In the first half of the year, there were 7 quality accidents in our company, including 2 major quality accidents and 5 general quality accidents. It has brought great economic losses to the company, and it has also had a great impact on the company's reputation.
Looking at these seven accidents, the main reasons are as follows:
1, the leaders of grass-roots companies are not responsible and their management is not in place. The management responsibilities of individual units are unclear, and the publicity and implementation of quality management concepts lack breadth and depth.
2. Some leaders don't have high requirements and standards for quality, and the idea of emphasizing progress over quality still exists.
3. Managers and technicians are not strict with on-site management, and the monitoring and measurement of "three processes" and "three tests" are not strict and standardized, and they lack the ability to predict quality problems.
4. The quality and safety supervision station failed to supervise and inspect the construction site and failed to find the existing quality problems in time, which was also one of the reasons for the accident.
5. Some employees are content with the status quo, do not make progress, have low quality awareness, and their own quality needs to be further improved.
6. The agility of work is not high, and there is a lack of corresponding adjustment to changes in external objective conditions.
Faced with the achievements and shortcomings in the first half of the year, the quality work in the second half of the year should continue to implement the requirements of the company's "Quality Management Year" activities and carry out quality management work in a targeted manner.
1. Further intensify the publicity and education on quality issues, especially improve the quality awareness of employees, so that "everyone has quality in mind and everyone values quality".
2, establish and improve the quality management network, strengthen on-site quality supervision and inspection. Quality and safety supervision stations should strengthen the implementation of the quality responsibility system and the supervision and inspection of engineering construction, investigate and deal with behaviors such as not following the standards and specifications in the construction process or lax implementation of operating procedures, and completely put an end to the phenomenon of emphasizing progress and neglecting quality and the low, old and poor construction process. Branch companies shall designate full-time (part-time) quality inspectors to speed up the transmission of quality-related information. Respond quickly to quality problems in time.
3. Take effective measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of quality accidents. Carry out construction in strict accordance with construction standards and specifications, further strengthen the "three inspection systems" and "three procedures" in the construction process, and strengthen the responsibility consciousness and quality responsibility of construction personnel. At the same time, subjective agility is enhanced. For temporary repair, maintenance and emergency rescue work, the project department takes necessary emergency measures according to Party A's requirements and the requirements of construction area, danger degree, climate and environment and personnel quality after receiving the task, but it is by no means an illegal adventure. On the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the project, reasonably arrange the equipment, personnel and construction period to meet the requirements of Party A, and both parties shall sign for the record. Avoid quality and safety accidents caused by violation of operating procedures in order to catch up with progress, seize time, reduce project quality.
4, strengthen education and training, improve the operation skills of all employees. According to the personnel situation, strengthen training, and carry out various forms of technical standards and operating procedures learning, training and on-site operation skills training at different levels. Before the project starts, employees should be provided with technical training, technical disclosure and ability evaluation. Welders who are not qualified in training shall not engage in welding work. Those who have participated in the construction with two qualified welders shall stop working and be re-examined by the human resources center. Only those who pass the examination can re-take up their posts.
