Head and engine compartment: the number plate is intact and clear, the lighting is intact and complete, the rearview mirror is intact and properly adjusted, the radiator is intact, there is no water leakage, the coolant is sufficient, and the fan belt is not peeled, shelled and worn. The lubricating oil with air tightness not greater than 10- 15 mm is clear and free of impurities, and the battery is clean and free of leakage.

Cab: the safety belt is intact and effective, the door lock is complete, flexible and reliable, the lighting, horn and dashboard are complete and effective, the rearview mirror is well adjusted, the maximum free rotation of the steering wheel is not more than 30 degrees, the free travel of the brake pedal meets the production standards of the vehicle manufacturer, the free travel of the clutch is 30-40 cm, the movement of the parking brake lever is 3-5 teeth, and the engine has no abnormal sound.
