Basic skills that typists should possess.

When I first started working as a typist, I was still a little night cat playing computer games.

After a period of training, I also found some necessary knowledge as a typist to share with you.

First of all, be familiar with key positions.

This is my first experience, because when I play too many games, the buttons are inevitably not allowed. This is because when we chat, we just use those keys, sometimes four fingers can do it. Use blind typing when you are proficient at a certain stage, and then the documents will dazzle you and free your eyes from the keyboard ~ ~

Secondly, be familiar with the documents.

When typing, you need to have these things in your mind to type as you want, and you can react in the first time and input at a very fast speed.

There are some tips, or misunderstandings that beginners are easy to make.

At the beginning, I typed in one word at a time, because the keys were unfamiliar, and only one word jumped in.

Later, when I was not so unfamiliar with the keyboard, I had to use phrases or whole sentences. I also learned when I was backward, and communicated with my colleagues. Fortunately, it's not too late.

The last and most important thing is accuracy.

Some people think that the speed of my keystrokes is much more important than the accuracy. Actually, it's not. It is a waste of time to press the wrong key and then go back to delete it, and the speed of typing is the cultivation of my knowledge and confidence in keyboard keys. If a cycle is deleted and then input, you will find yourself getting slower and slower, or you are at a loss.

So I think it is more pertinent to control the error rate within a certain range and then improve it if you want to speed up. At least I do, for a person who has not systematically studied any typing experience.

The above is my summary of the basic skills of typing. What I really want to say is the following aspects, which may or may not be applicable, for reference only:

1, relax when typing, nervousness will only make you make more mistakes.

2. Find your own rhythm of typing. I once threw my typing speed into the trash can because I put my own.

It's a tragedy that the rhythm is so chaotic ~ ~ so the rhythm is very important.

3. Train your concentration, and don't be disturbed by anything, no matter the sound of colleagues knocking on the keyboard.

Or which leader is standing behind you, you must have the posture that Mount Tai collapses in front of you before commanding, and your mentality should be stable, so that you can start quickly and accurately.

4. Finally, protect your eyesight and prevent myopia.
