In order to further strengthen the management of nursing quality in our hospital, cooperate with the development of hospital grade evaluation, improve the overall quality of nursing staff, standardize nursing behavior, ensure nursing safety, train specialized nurses, improve nursing management ability and create a strong learning atmosphere, the training plan for nursing staff is formulated in combination with the actual situation in our hospital.

I. Purpose of training

1. Standardize the operating rules of nursing clinical technology and strengthen the operating skills.

2. Be familiar with the basic theories and skills of various majors and improve their professional ability.

3. Master the basic knowledge of hospital feeling and improve the ability of interpersonal communication, nursing teaching and nursing research.

Second, the training plan

The training is divided into five aspects: basic nursing operation training, specialist professional ability training, new nurse professional training, comprehensive nursing ability training and key nursing talents training.

Third, training objectives.

1. Basic nursing operation training: assistant nurses, nurses, new recruits.

2. Specialized professional ability training: all specialized nursing staff.

3. Business training for new nurses: new nurses.

4. Comprehensive nursing quality training: nursing staff in the whole hospital.

5. Training of key nursing talents: head nurses, nurses in charge and nursing backbones.

Fourth, the implementation plan

1. Basic nursing operation training: organized by the nursing department, 24 basic nursing operations are completed step by step according to the two-month training. The monthly training is divided into four processes: (1) Watch the operation CD and observe the operation demonstration in the first week; (2) to guide the operation practice in the second and third weeks; (3) the fourth week of the actual operation assessment.

2. Specialized business ability training: nurses are assessed once every quarter, nurses and nurses in charge are assessed once every six months, and the nursing department gives regular guidance. At the end of the year, excellent and qualified grades will be selected according to the comprehensive examination results.

3. Professional training for new nurses: the second-level training in the hospital is implemented, the nursing department organizes pre-job training, and each specialist is responsible for specialist training. The newly graduated nurses are trained in rotation, and each rotation training department makes a training plan, and carries out specialist training for the nurses in rotation as planned, and other personnel are trained by each specialist.

4. Comprehensive nursing quality training: the nursing department makes plans, mainly in the form of organizing hospital-wide business study once a month and holding municipal academic lectures and special training courses.

5. Training of key nursing talents: actively send nursing backbones to provincial hospitals for further study, hold head nurses' experience exchange meetings, arrange head nurses and specialist nurses to attend nursing management and specialist knowledge classes, and implement the rotation system for ICU nurses in charge.
