Practice has proved that this initiative can play a subtle role and greatly improve the teaching level of this group of young teachers, so some of them have won many prizes in teaching competitions.
5. Long-term training schools that encourage young teachers to improve their academic qualifications believe that it is best for young teachers to have a bachelor's degree or above, and encourage young teachers to participate in training, correspondence, self-study exams and other forms to improve their academic qualifications. Therefore, one of the most important measures to train young teachers is to train them for a long time. Our school will promote the improvement of the professional quality of all teaching staff by means of "bringing the old with the new", "bringing the new with the excellent", "promoting the new with learning" and "promoting the new with the excellent". Through the follow-up training of old teachers to young teachers, that is, guiding lesson preparation, attending lectures, evaluating lessons and summarizing, the professional level of young teachers can be promoted.

Do a good job in teaching research on the principle of paying attention to the actual effect of education and teaching. Some young teachers with good self-quality have taken on the heavy responsibility of the head teacher, but how to better organize, educate and guide the class collective and be the right-hand man of a good school does not need further training. Lead them to study the laws and regulations on the work of class teachers, participate in the class teacher training courses organized by the school, study regularly, keep good reading notes and experiences, and invite outstanding class teachers in the school to serve as instructors in specific work practice, integrate theory with practice, and improve the work level of class teachers.
