Tongchuan Vocal Music Technical College, located in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college was formed by the merger of Tongchuan Education College, Tongchuan Normal School, Tongchuan Staff Health School and Tongchuan Branch of TV University.

It was approved to be established in 2004 and put into operation in September 2005. As of February 2023, the school covers an area of 628 mu, and the total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 51367,700 yuan. There are 8 secondary colleges (teaching units), 30 three-year higher vocational majors and 14 five-year higher vocational majors. There are 339 faculty members and 88 17 full-time students.
