Physical fitness test eligibility criteria: According to the requirements of the National Professional Standard for Security Guards (Trial), it is classified with reference to the Physical Training Standard for the People's Police of Public Security Organs. Physical fitness test content: standing long jump, 4x 10/0m reentry run, push-ups, sit-ups, skipping rope for one minute, dumbbells, tensioners, etc. Candidates can choose two of them for the test.
