Second, relying on party building to lead women's construction and making a fuss about the word "construction"

At the same time, efforts should be made to recommend outstanding rural women cadres to serve as village party secretaries and village directors, so that women can participate in the management of state and social affairs in a wider range of channels, with more people and greater strength, and play a greater role in the construction of democratic politics.

At the same time, we should attach great importance to the construction of township women's federations, so as to achieve sound organization and personnel implementation. In order to effectively strengthen the leadership over the work of township women's federations, the chairwoman of township women's federations is unified by the female deputy leaders in township party committees, and is equipped with a full-time vice-chairman of women's federations.
(three) adhere to the principle of "three modernizations" and promote the construction of women's committees in government agencies and institutions. Constantly explore new ways to strengthen the construction of women's organizations in non-public economic organizations and further expand the social coverage of women's federations. A new type of women's organization "Women's Federation Organization+Women Entrepreneurs Association" can be established to guide women entrepreneurs associations to improve the system and organize activities, so that women's work in private enterprises can gradually get on the right track.
Third, do a good job in women's construction and serve the party building work, and work hard on the word "excellent"
"Party building leads women's construction" and "women's construction serves party building" are the "bearings" of women's Federation's organizational construction. To improve the service level, we must make a fuss about the word "excellent". Under the leadership and support of the party and government departments at the same level, women's organizations at all levels should give full play to the functions of directly contacting women, publicizing women, organizing women and serving women, fully mobilize women's enthusiasm in building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious society, and make the network of urban and rural women's organizations glow with vitality.
