Professor Peking University, through a systematic study of Mr Drucker's management thought, integrated his management thought into a management framework, which is called "Drucker 1358 management mode".

1 is Drucker's definition of management;

"3" refers to the three major tasks of management put forward by Drucker;

"5" refers to Drucker's five major tasks of managers;

"8" refers to eight areas that Drucker advocated that enterprises need to set goals.

A definition of management: "Management is to define the mission of an enterprise and motivate and organize human resources to achieve this mission. Defining the mission is the task of entrepreneurs, while motivating and organizing human resources is the category of leadership. The combination of the two is management. " This is Drucker's definition of management.

The relationship among mission, vision and values can be summarized as follows: mission is the foundation of everything, vision transforms mission into truly meaningful expected results, and values achieve results in what ways and actions.
