In order to fully learn from the experience of advanced areas, Professor Niu Baoliang from Jinggangshan Cadre College was invited to Jingxian County to guide the construction of the Red Teaching Base. During his stay in Jingxing, relevant personnel from the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the Party School of the County Party Committee accompanied Professor Niu to the red teaching points in Yunling, Maolin Town and Wang Jiaxiang's former residence 15.

The second is to hold a special seminar. A special seminar on red education on-site teaching was held. The third is to plan and develop characteristic courses. On the basis of investigation and discussion, combined with the characteristics of each teaching point, fully tap and develop characteristic curriculum resources, refine characteristic curriculum themes, carefully design teaching processes and teaching forms, strengthen the education of cadres' party spirit and purpose, effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of cadre education and training, and enhance the attraction and appeal of cadre education and training.
