Apply for qualification

(a) social candidates should meet the registration conditions.

1. The household registration or personnel relationship is in Henan Province.

"Personnel relations in Henan Province" refers to candidates whose personnel files are attached to talent institutions in the province, or who work in Henan and sign employment contracts with employers for one year or more, and can also provide social insurance certificates issued by social security management departments for the last three months or more.

2. Meet the qualifications of teachers in Henan Province.

Candidates who apply for Henan examination area must provide the academic certificate report or the electronic registration record form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education during the interview (the registration qualifications and conditions are adjusted to interview, not to written examination). Candidates who do not have the qualifications and conditions for registration cannot apply for the exam, and the consequences of not attending the interview shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Applicants for kindergarten teacher qualifications should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above, and must obtain college education or above in 20 19. In particular, it is emphasized that students who graduated from ordinary secondary vocational schools and secondary normal schools do not have the academic qualifications to apply for kindergarten teacher qualifications; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have a college degree or above; To apply for the qualification of a junior high school teacher, one should have a bachelor's degree or above; Those who apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools (cultural courses and specialized courses) shall have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, one should have a college degree or above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.

(two) the conditions that students in ordinary colleges and universities should have when registering.

Students and graduate students of grade three and above in colleges and universities in Henan Province. The category of such candidates who sign up for the written test should be suitable for the academic level they obtained when they graduated, that is, they meet the academic requirements of Henan Province's teacher qualification.

(3) Those who have been disqualified as teachers shall not sign up for the examination within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination. If there is cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination.
