The huge interest temptation and large demand make some educational institutions choose foreigners without educational and teaching qualifications to work part-time. The Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Municipal Education Bureau regularly organize special inspections on foreign cultural and educational experts' employing units every year, and conduct centralized inspections on the employment management, emergency response and risk prevention of foreign teachers in our city. At the same time, we will cooperate with random checks and joint law enforcement by the exit-entry department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau to gradually establish and improve the credit records of employing units and foreigners in our city.

Strengthen the enforcement of "black foreign teachers" and illegal foreign teachers employing units. In the past two years, the Municipal Public Security Bureau * * has seized more than 20 illegal foreigners 120 and 27 illegal units, distributed more than 8,000 copies of various publicity materials, and conducted extensive publicity through radio for many times. At the same time, with the help of new media, Weibo, WeChat and other public platforms, the work permit system for foreigners in China will be publicized to purify the market environment for foreign teachers in this city.
