(Note: Full-time students, staff of government agencies and institutions, retirees and those who have not issued social security cards in Guangdong Province do not enjoy subsidies. )
Subsidy scope
1. Students who have not received government subsidy training before can enjoy subsidies.
2. If the trainees have received government subsidy training before, they must hold a higher-level certificate (cross-post) and can only enjoy the skills upgrading training subsidy once a year.
3 students from poor families with household registration in this province can participate in training and apply for living allowance after obtaining the qualification certificate (standard 500 yuan).
Materials must be submitted to apply for subsidies.
1, skills upgrading training subsidy application form (directly printed by the provincial system after filling in, and pasted with personal recent one-inch color photos).
2. Copy of ID card (or household registration book); Copy of residence permit (only for students who are not registered in this city).
3. A copy of the qualification certificate (or a printed copy provided by the certificate verification information page of the designated website).
4. A copy of the social security card issued by Guangdong Province.
Unemployed workers, landless peasants, disabled people, college students, enterprise employees and rural labor force who go to work in cities participate in and offer project training that belongs to "Vocational Skills Training for Employment and Re-employment (jobs) and subsidy standards" in designated training institutions. Individuals who declare subsidies shall report to the Vocational Skills Training Guidance Center within 6 months after obtaining the corresponding certificates, and submit the following materials:
(1) training appraisal fee invoice;
(2) The original and photocopy of the professional qualification certificate (or relevant certificate);
(3) Copy of ID card and relevant certificates (the unemployed provide a copy of unemployment certificate, the landless peasants provide a certificate issued by the township (street) government, the disabled provide an unemployment certificate issued by the employment management service department for the disabled, the enterprise employees and rural migrant workers provide a copy of the labor contract, and the college students provide a copy of graduation certificate or student ID card and a copy of the labor contract).
5. After the preliminary summary of the Municipal Vocational Skills Training Guidance Center, fill in the Application Form for the Use of Employment and Re-employment Training Funds in the City, and with the consent of the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau, allocate the funds to the relevant designated training institutions and applicants within 10 working days after the funds are in place.
6, training institutions to carry out orientation and order training must be approved by the municipal labor and social security department before running classes.
