I suggest going to the great emperor. I have a friend who teaches Chinese in it. They attach great importance to teacher training. Moreover, as a large local training institution, they have a good cooperative relationship with many public schools. Some excellent teachers will be sent to public schools as substitute teachers, and many of them will eventually stay in public schools to teach.
