The Henan Branch of the National Prosecutor's College was formerly known as the Henan Provincial Procuratorial Cadre School approved by the Henan Provincial Government, 1985.

1991May, with the approval of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, it was renamed as Henan Branch of China Senior Prosecutor Training Center.
