Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The name of this group is: China Gateball Association. English name is "China Gateball Association", abbreviated as "CGA".
Article 2 This group is an industrial and national non-profit social organization composed of gateball related units and individuals who love gateball voluntarily. It is a group member of the National Sports Federation of China and the only legal organization representing China in the international gateball organization.
Article 3 Purpose of this group: According to the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China and the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China, organize and unite gateball workers and fans all over the country, mobilize all positive factors, abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, observe social morality, actively promote gateball, improve the technical level of gateball in China, and serve the national fitness plan and the construction of socialist material, spiritual and political civilization. Expand and strengthen contacts with international gateball organizations, enhance exchanges and cooperation with gateball organizations in various countries and regions, and enhance friendship among gateball players.
Article 4 The organization accepts the professional guidance, supervision and management of the competent business units, the State Sports General Administration, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the registration and management organs of associations.
Article 5 domicile of this group: Beijing.
Chapter II Scope of Business
Article 6 The business scope of the Group:
First, publicize and popularize gateball knowledge, vigorously develop the cause of gateball, organize the masses to actively participate in gateball, and improve the technical level of gateball.
Second, formulate the development plan, work plan, principles and policies of gateball activities, and formulate management regulations such as gateball competition system.
3. Review and revise the gateball competition rules and referee laws, study and formulate the national gateball competition plans and rules, and report them to the State Sports General Administration for approval before implementation.
Four, responsible for the training of gateball referees, coaches, athletes, instructors and other employees.
Five, commissioned by the relevant government departments, formulate technical grade standards for gateball coaches and referees, organize the assessment and audit of national referees and coaches, and guide member units to assist local sports administrative departments to do a good job in the assessment and evaluation of referees and coaches.
Six, guide and support members to carry out and participate in gateball activities.
7. Actively participate in or undertake related activities of international gateball organizations, give full play to China's role in international gateball organizations, carry out international and technical exchanges in gateball, and enhance friendship with gateball organizations in various countries and regions.
Eight, in accordance with the relevant provisions of international organizations and the state sports administrative department, organize or entrust member units to undertake national or international gateball competitions and activities.
Nine, the development of gateball project special scientific research plan, in conjunction with the relevant departments of gateball equipment and other special products for technical guidance, identification and acceptance, evaluation and acceptance of gateball organizations (bases, centers, clubs).
Ten, strengthen gateball publicity and website construction, timely release all kinds of information, trends and experiences of gateball, in recognition of advanced industry (approved by the relevant government departments).
Eleven, extensive contact and unity of people from all walks of life, give full play to the role of China door association as a bridge.
Chapter III Members
Article 7 Members of China Door Industry Association are unit members.
Article 8 To apply for joining China Door Industry Association, the following conditions must be met:
1. Support the articles of association of China Gateball Association;
2. Willing to join the China Gateball Association;
Third, it has a certain influence in the field of gateball;
Fourth, enthusiastically support the development of gateball in China.
Article 9 Membership procedures
First, submit an application for membership;
2. All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Construction Corps and gateball organizations in cities under separate state planning may directly submit written applications to this group when applying for membership;
Three, other relevant units and organizations to apply for membership, must be recommended by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) gateball association, submitted to the Chinese gateball association secretariat application;
4. It was discussed and approved by the Executive Committee;
5. The Executive Committee authorized the Secretariat to issue the membership certificate of this group.
Article 10 Rights of Members
1. The right to vote, to be elected and to vote at the congress of members of this group;
Second, give priority to the gateball activities organized by this group;
Third, give priority to the right to host the group competition;
4. Give priority to the service right of this group;
Five, the right to criticize and supervise the work of this group;
6. Freedom of voluntary participation and withdrawal.
Article 1 1 Obligations of Members
First, implement the resolutions of the League Congress, actively promote gateball, and abide by the League's articles of association and various rules and regulations;
Second, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this group from infringement;
Third, complete the tasks assigned by this group;
4. Pay membership dues according to regulations;
V. Report the situation to the Group and provide relevant information;

Seven. The obligation to assist the group to develop its members.
Article 12 When a member withdraws from the meeting, he shall notify the group secretariat in writing and return his membership card. If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in group activities within 1 year, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
Article 13 A member who seriously violates Chapter III of the Articles of Association shall be removed from the membership after discussion and approval by the Executive Committee.
Chapter IV Establishment and Cancellation of Institutions and Responsible Persons
Article 14 The highest authority of this group is the members' congress, and members' representatives are elected by members.
The functions and powers of the members' congress are:
1. Formulate and modify the Articles of Association;
2. Elect or remove directors;
3. Review the work report and financial report of the Executive Committee;
Fourth, formulate and revise the membership fee standard;

6. Decided to terminate.
7. Decide on other major issues.
Fifteenth members' congress can only be held when more than two thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives are present.
Article 16 Members' congresses are held every four years. If it is necessary to convene or postpone the general election in advance due to special circumstances, it shall be voted by the Executive Committee, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the registration authority of the Association. However, the longest extension shall not exceed 1 year.
Article 17 The Executive Committee is the executive body of the general meeting of members, leading the Association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and being responsible for the general meeting of members.
Article 18 The functions and powers of the Executive Committee are:
First, the implementation of the resolutions of the member congresses;
2. To elect and recall the president, vice-president and secretary-general;
Third, prepare to hold a member congress;
Four, report the work and financial situation to the members' congress;
5. Decide on the absorption and recall of members;
Intransitive verbs decide to set up offices, branches and entities;
Seven, decided to appoint the principal responsible person of each institution;
Eight, leading the work of the special committees of the association;
Nine, formulate internal management system;
X. decide on other important matters.
Article 19 The Executive Committee shall be convened only when more than two thirds of its members are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than two thirds of its members are present and vote.
Article 20 The Executive Committee shall meet at least once a year; Under special circumstances, it can also be held by means of communication.
Article 21 The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of this group must meet the following conditions:
First, adhere to the party's line, principles and policies;
Second, he has great influence in the business field of this group, and has good moral character. He loves gateball, is familiar with his profession, has high prestige, is in good health and has the energy to participate in gateball work;
Three, the chairman, vice chairman and secretary general of the maximum age of not more than 70 years old, the secretary general is full-time;
4. Having not been subjected to criminal punishment of deprivation of political rights;
5. Have full capacity for civil conduct.
Article 22 If the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of this group are over the maximum working age, they can only take up their posts after being approved by the Executive Committee, reported to the competent business unit for review and approved by the registration and management authority of the association.
Article 23 The term of office of members of the Executive Committee is four years, and the term of office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General shall not exceed two terms. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it must be voted by more than two-thirds of the members' representatives at the members' congress, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the registration and management authority of the association before taking office.
Article 24 The Secretary-General of this group is the legal representative of the Association, and the legal representative of this group does not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other groups.
Article 25 The chairman of this group shall exercise the following functions and powers:
1. Convene and preside over meetings of the Executive Committee;
Two, check the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congress and the executive committee;
III. Supervise and inspect the work of the Secretariat and listen to reports.
Article 26 The Secretary-General of this group shall exercise the following functions and powers:
I. Preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan;
2. Coordinating the work of branches, representative offices and entities;
3. Nominate the principal responsible persons of all offices and units and submit them to the Committee's Congress for decision;
4. Nominating the employment of general full-time staff in offices, representative offices and entities;

6. Handle other daily affairs.
Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use
Article 33 The sources of funds of this Association are:
1. membership fee;
Second, donations;
Third, government funding;
Income from activities or services provided within the approved business scope;
5. interest;
6. Other lawful income.
Article 34 This group collects membership fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. The appraisal and commendation conducted by this group is free of charge.
Article 35 The funds of this group must be used for the business scope and career development as stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.
Article 36 The financial affairs of this group shall be managed by the Social Sports Guidance Center of the State Sports General Administration in a unified way to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting information.
Article 37 The asset management of this group shall implement the financial management system stipulated by the state, accept the supervision of the general meeting of members and the financial department, accept the supervision of the auditing organ, and publicize relevant information to the society in an appropriate way.
Article 38 Before a group changes its legal representative, it must accept the financial audit of the registration authority and the competent business unit.
Article 39 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this group.
Fortieth the wages, insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of this group shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the state and institutions.
Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association
Forty-first amendments to the articles of association of this group must be approved by the Executive Committee and reported to the members' congress for deliberation.
Article 42 The revised Articles of Association of the Organization shall come into effect within 15 days after it is adopted by the members' congress, agreed by the competent business unit and approved by the organization's registration authority.
Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Property Disposal after Termination
Article 43 If a group completes its purpose or is dissolved or needs to be revoked due to division or merger, the Executive Committee shall propose a termination motion.
Forty-fourth the motion to terminate the group must be voted by the members' congress and reported to the competent business unit for approval.
Article 45 Before the termination of the organization, a liquidation organization shall be established under the approval of the competent business unit and the guidance of the relevant departments to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.
Forty-sixth this group shall terminate after the cancellation of registration by the association registration authority.
Article 47 The remaining property after the termination of this group shall be used for the development of undertakings related to the purpose of this group under the supervision of the competent business unit and the organization registration authority in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 48 The flag and emblem of this group shall be examined, approved and issued by the members' congress. Without permission, no unit or individual may copy or use it for commercial activities.
Article 49 The Articles of Association was adopted by the members' congress on August 27th, 2009.
Article 50 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Executive Committee of the Group.
Article 51 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the registration authority of associations.
