He loves philosophy and art and spans two different worlds. Now he is a doctoral supervisor in the fields of pre-Qin philosophy, modern philosophy of China, history of western philosophy, modern western philosophy, political philosophy, comparison between Chinese and western philosophy, and the spread and influence of western philosophy in China.

Influenced by modern western philosophy Nietzsche, Heidegger, Wittgenstein, Adorno, Hawke Hammer, hannah arendt and others, he has a strong desire for power (Derwill zur Macht) and dares to surpass himself. Inheriting the critical spirit of modern western philosophy, we should carry out modern criticism, metaphysical criticism, language criticism, subjective philosophy criticism, ideological criticism, cultural criticism, media criticism and capital logic criticism to counter the metaphysical assumptions of contemporary China, such as the hegemony of popular discourse, the vulgar and homogeneous cultural ecology, the capital logic of money-seeking, legal rights and other abstract metaphysical languages, economic men and atomic individuals; This is also his basic position in studying modern China thought. He encouraged himself to take the world as his responsibility and "do what he can't do when he knows what he can't do" with his international vision, feelings of home and country, idealism and overwhelming sympathy for human suffering. Adhering to the German university spirit represented by william von humboldt (cultivating perfect people, pure academic freedom, freedom of teaching and learning), he advocated that university education should take cultivating students as the fundamental purpose, so that they can become adults in moral practice and other aspects, and opposed the objective knowledge transfer of vocational training. The classroom is simple and full of passion, and the philosophical classics and students' life practice are integrated with the fundamental problems faced by modern human beings.
