The job of the training supervisor: to formulate the training plan and training outline of the company and all departments, and implement them after approval; Compile, revise and improve the employee training manual, establish the career development direction of the post and improve the training system; Establish and implement the group training system, and guide all departments to implement it; According to the requirements of ISO quality management system, do a good job in the management of training records and training assessment; Expand training channels and resources, accumulate training experience and materials, and guide the implementation in various departments; Master the number of trainees and training types; Maintain good relationship with external training institutions and select high-quality training institutions to provide training for the company; Provide consultation and guidance for internal trainers to improve the quality and effect of training; Arrange and handle the training of interns in a unified way. Qualification of training supervisor: Education background: ◆ Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related major. Training experience: ◆ Trained in modern human resource management technology, employee training and development, pedagogy, labor laws and regulations, etc. Test: ◆ More than 3 years working experience in human resource management. Skills: familiar with the training market, able to keep in touch and cooperate with training suppliers; Familiar with internal training and external training organization operation process, and have some experience in annual training planning; Skilled in human resource management transactional work, familiar with personnel workflow, especially on-the-job training process; Familiar with office software and personnel management software.
