Qualification of training supervisor: Education background: ◆ Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related major. Training experience: ◆ Trained in modern human resource management technology, employee training and development, pedagogy, labor laws and regulations, etc. Test: ◆ More than 3 years working experience in human resource management. Skills: familiar with the training market, able to keep in touch and cooperate with training suppliers; Familiar with internal training and external training organization operation process, and have some experience in annual training planning; Skilled in human resource management transactional work, familiar with personnel workflow, especially on-the-job training process; Familiar with office software and personnel management software.
