The practice of authentic braised pork is as follows:
Ingredients: 3 kg of beef and ham, 3 star anise, appropriate amount of cinnamon, appropriate amount of fennel, appropriate amount of fragrant leaves, appropriate amount of licorice, appropriate amount of cardamom, appropriate amount of ginger, half a green onion, 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 spoon of soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of cooking wine.
1. Slice ginger and onion, and put all the marinades in a bowl for later use.
2. Soak beef in water for 30 minutes, remove, wash and drain.
3. Put the beef into the pot, bring it to a boil over high fire, and cook until the bleeding water is taken out, then wash and drain.
4, add water to the pot, fire, pour marinade, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, green onions, beef, and mix well.
