(3) There are not less than 30 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the constructors, quality engineers, safety officers, mechanics, cost engineers, laborers and other personnel are complete.
(4) There shall be no less than 75 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
3, enterprise engineering performance
In the past 10 years, he has undertaken the construction of four of the following seven categories, of which at least the projects listed in 1 are qualified.
(1) Built urban roads 10 km or more; Or the accumulated urban road area is more than 500,000 square meters;

(5) Construction of two municipal solid waste treatment projects with a capacity of more than 200 tons/day;

Three-level and three-level qualification standards
1. Enterprise assets: net assets 10 million yuan or more.
2. Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) There shall be no less than 5 registered construction engineers specializing in municipal public works.
(2) The technical director has more than 5 years working experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the intermediate title or above of municipal engineering related major or the qualification of registered construction engineer of municipal public works; There shall be no less than 8 persons with intermediate or above titles in municipal engineering related majors.
