Two, you should objectively and truthfully put forward petitions, and be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided, and shall not fabricate or distort the facts, and shall not falsely accuse or frame others.
Three, letters and visits should have the facts and reasons of the respondent and the complaint, and the insurance supervision and administration institution will not accept the complaint of aimless letters and visits.
Four, in order to make your petition problem can be solved in time, please abide by the provisions of the "China Insurance Regulatory Commission petition work measures", put forward to the petition authorities.
Five, the following petitions, please put forward to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission:
(a) to put forward opinions and suggestions on the development and reform of the insurance industry and insurance supervision;
(2) Having objections to the duties and behaviors of the China CIRC organs, their staff, their dispatched offices and their responsible persons;
(3) Reflecting the acts of insurance companies, insurance asset management companies and their senior managers in violation of insurance administrative laws and regulations;
(four) to raise objections to the duties of national insurance social organizations and their staff, or to reflect the relevant situation, and to put forward opinions and suggestions, which shall be handled by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Six, the following petitions, please put forward to the local insurance regulatory bureau of the respondent:
(1) Having any objection to the job behavior of the staff other than the person in charge of the Insurance Regulatory Bureau;
(2) Reflecting the acts of local insurance companies, branches of insurance asset management companies and their senior managers in violation of insurance administrative laws and regulations;
(3) reflecting the acts of local insurance agencies, part-time insurance agencies, insurance brokers, insurance assessment agencies and their staff in violation of insurance administrative regulations;
(four) reflect the local unauthorized establishment of insurance companies, insurance asset management companies, insurance intermediaries, insurance social organizations, or illegally engaged in insurance business, insurance intermediary business;
(five) to raise objections to the job behavior of local insurance social organizations and their staff, or to reflect the relevant situation, and to put forward opinions and suggestions, which shall be handled by the Insurance Regulatory Bureau in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Seven, the following petitions, China Insurance Regulatory Commission and local insurance regulatory bureaus will not be accepted, please the respondent to the insurance company, insurance asset management company or insurance intermediary institutions:
(a) reflect the illegal behavior of the staff of an insurance company, an insurance asset management company or an insurance intermediary institution, but it does not involve insurance regulatory laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission;
(two) insurance contract disputes (including claims disputes), insurance disputes, marketing and after-sales service disputes and other civil disputes caused by insurance business practices;
(three) reflect the internal management issues such as labor contract disputes and agency contract disputes between insurance companies, insurance asset management companies, insurance intermediaries and their employees or sales personnel;
(4) Description of insurance products, and consultation on the operating conditions of insurance companies, insurance asset management companies and insurance intermediaries.
Eight, the following petitions, China Insurance Regulatory Commission and the local insurance regulatory bureau will not be accepted:
(1) Social insurance that should be handled by other units according to relevant regulations;
(2) It has been or should be settled through legal channels such as litigation, arbitration and administrative reconsideration according to law;
(three) the relevant state organs have made a final decision on the problems reflected by the complainant.
