Twenty-seventh meetings or other activities involving state secrets, the organizer shall take the following security measures:
(1) Determine the safety level according to the contents of meetings and activities, formulate safety plans and limit the scope of participants;
(two) the use of places, facilities and equipment that meet the national confidentiality provisions and standards;
(3) Managing state secret carriers in accordance with state secrecy provisions;
(4) Put forward specific confidentiality requirements for the participants.
Article 28 Enterprises and institutions engaged in the production, reproduction, maintenance, destruction, integration of classified information systems or scientific research and production of weapons and equipment (hereinafter referred to as classified business) shall be subject to confidentiality review by the secrecy administrative department or the secrecy administrative department jointly with relevant departments. Those who fail to pass the confidentiality review shall not engage in confidentiality business.
Twenty-ninth enterprises and institutions engaged in confidential business shall meet the following conditions:
(a) a legal person established in People's Republic of China (PRC) for more than 3 years according to law, with no criminal record;
(two) personnel engaged in confidential business have China nationality;
(3) The confidentiality system is sound, and there are specialized agencies or personnel responsible for the confidentiality work;
(4) The premises, facilities and equipment used for confidential business meet the national confidentiality provisions and standards;
(5) Having the professional ability to engage in confidential business;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the state secrecy administrative department.
Thirtieth security management, appointment (employment) evaluation, confidentiality period management, rights protection and other specific measures, by the state secrecy administrative department in conjunction with the relevant competent departments of the State Council.
