Don't think about the treatment. Learning experience is what I need most.
First of all, I want to explain the protagonist, that is, I, Zheng Benchengyi, male, 23 years old, majoring in logistics management, and graduated from Changsha Social Work College on 20 12. The time is 14 February, the day of the derailment, Valentine's Day. The location is jinzhou area Industrial Park, Caodai Village, Guoxi Town, ouhai district, Wenzhou. I was assigned to the beautiful accessories area as a warehouse keeper. This special day is the first day of my internship.
Early in the morning, I came to the legendary place where I work. There are only two people in the office, namely Brother Jie and Brother Hong. Now that I'm three, there will be an intern in the future. The person in charge of accessories, that is, my boss told me that the accessories area has four parts, namely, household refrigerator, household washing machine, household air conditioner and commercial air conditioner (central air conditioner). I am mainly responsible for the warehousing and registration of household refrigerators and household washing machine accessories, because I just started working and don't know much about Anto's system. In the future, I will focus on the various systems and connection processes of ANNTO.
I go to work at half past eight every day. The first thing to do at work is to unpack the unqualified and qualified parts returned yesterday. All the lists should be entered into the computer. Most scrapped parts should be recycled, and different parts should be placed separately. Returned qualified parts should be put on the shelves again. Check the information for everything returned. Compressor is the core component of refrigerator and air conditioner, and it is the key inspection object. A few accessories don't need physical objects. Every afternoon, Tong Yuan will pick up the goods and send them out. What we need to do in the parts area is to print out the bill of lading, including the express delivery, from the sales system online. After printing it out, we will pick up the goods from various shelves. With regard to delivery, Antoine's process is to take orders and take them from various shelves. When picking up the goods, we need to fill in the access card of each shelf item with the product code on it. When picking up the goods, you need to check the commodity code, fill in the date and express it. Some goods only need one courier in the same place, but like compressors, different compressors need to be delivered separately (enough to see the importance of compressors). After picking up the goods, everything should be packed, the price should be written, and the express bill should be attached. What we need to keep is the cargo list and express bill of lading. After all, the last one is to enter the computer, keep accounts in and out of the warehouse, and put the deposit slip at the bottom. See more and do less on the first day of work, but what is certain is that the warehouse keeper should be very careful every three or five errors, which will cause great errors when taking stock. Because at the beginning of the year, the warehouse was in a mess.
Doubts and questions (the following are personal opinions)
First, the warehouse shelf passage is too narrow, so it is very troublesome to take some longer, larger and taller items, and it is difficult to turn around.
Second, the system of division of labor and cooperation will be more coherent, with one packing, one taking orders and one delivering documents and articles.
Third, the problem of filling in the access card is serious. It needs to be filled in when depositing and withdrawing goods, but it is not a big problem for small accessories to have boxes. For larger accessories, memory cards are placed somewhere in the accessories. Although we can see that these were all taped on the shelves before, it will make the memory card fall easily or automatically when updating the memory card and goods. It will take a long time to find the memory card every time you pick up the goods, and you should also check these when you take stock. Introducing RFID radio frequency terminals may be the best way, but it is undoubtedly more difficult to rectify the equipment cost, personnel training and various processes. Of course, this is a once and for all thing. At present, the warehouse keeper can only check the status of the stored-value card in time and regularly, whether it falls off or needs to be replaced with a new one.
Four. The sorting method used in spare parts warehouse has always been "picking fruit". Is it faster to use "sowing" sorting after the integration of outbound orders (it requires high quality of personnel and needs special training)
