Through the whole service system, it provides nationwide off-campus support services such as enrollment organization, teaching and education services, student affairs services and examination organization services, as well as services such as resource transfer and platform construction.
According to the development and management needs of the public service system, an "open management center" is established to assist the distance open education center in managing, inspecting and supervising the open learning center within its jurisdiction. The "open learning center" is mainly located in TV universities at all levels and distributed all over the country, providing learning support services for students participating in distance education according to unified standards.
