The age structure of the whole group of teachers is reasonable, the old, middle-aged and young are combined, and the sense of teamwork is strong; Moreover, the overall personnel structure in the group is relatively young, with high teaching enthusiasm and quick acceptance of new teaching concepts.
(B) Teaching and research groups to a new level and face new problems.
(1) the group lacks famous teachers at the municipal level, and the connotation of the teaching staff and the teaching and scientific research ability need to be improved;

Three-year development goals:
1. Teacher training goal: make the existing two teachers who have just worked for one or two years complete the transformation from qualified teachers to mature teachers, and now 1 ~ 2 of the eight first-level teachers become the backbone teachers in the county.
2. Classroom teaching objectives: make full use of the characteristics of physics, deepen the reform of physics classroom teaching, update teaching methods, form a distinctive physics classroom teaching model, and establish an evaluation system that matches students' physics learning.
3, curriculum construction objectives:
(1) Integrate the existing scientific inquiry laboratories to form a research-oriented experimental course of physics in senior high school;
(2) Developing physics competition courses and cultivating excellent physics talents;

1. Time: once a month, the teaching and research group participates in collective study and self-study. Counseling lectures are given around the new curriculum reform and new teaching materials, and various learning forms such as "participation" and "discussion" are adopted to improve the effect of theoretical learning.
2. Requirements: Pay attention to practical results. Through learning, change the educational concept and establish the educational concept of "people-oriented, harmonious development". Seriously write study notes, sum up the experience of new curriculum reform and education and teaching reform, and organize teachers to write teaching papers in combination with teaching practice. Each teacher submits a teaching experience every semester.

1. School-based training for young teachers at the teaching and research group level
The five years before young teachers enter the job is a critical period for the growth of their teaching ability. Although the school has set up a "blue office" for young teachers' training, the school-level young teachers' training targets a wide range of groups and is not personalized. The strong discipline characteristics of teaching and research group training can make up for this. At present, there are two teachers in our group who have worked for less than five years. According to their personality characteristics, we should form a personalized training plan, form guiding measures from preparing lessons, lecturing, attending lectures, assigning homework and correcting, and get guiding feedback from teaching plans, after-class reflection, in-class lectures and follow-up lectures of the whole teaching unit, so as to sort out the training cases of each teacher. At the same time, we should also summarize the independent education and teaching ability of young teachers.
2. Teacher training
Give the outstanding teachers a burden, let them undertake the main research topics, undertake the teaching tasks of young teachers, provide opportunities for studying and communicating abroad, stimulate the enthusiasm of independent learning, and accelerate the growth process with the help of the Shanjia County famous teacher training project and the school famous teacher project.
(C) the high school physics competition counseling course construction
According to students' actual learning level, we should set teaching objectives reasonably, form school-based textbooks for physics competitions, and build high school physics competition courses. It is one of the characteristics of scientific teaching to set up full-time teachers for competition counseling, integrate all kinds of materials in competition counseling practice, compile school-based teaching materials for competition counseling, and formulate student selection mechanism, overall counseling system for grades one to three and competition reward mechanism.
