Cultivate students' good moral character, shape students' sound personality and stimulate students' innovative spirit.
Fifth, be a teacher. Know the shame of glory, be strict with yourself and set an example. Dress neatly and appropriately, speak healthy language, and behave politely. Modesty and prudence, unity and cooperation. Treat parents equally, listen carefully to opinions and suggestions, and don't treat parents with rude words and deeds.
Sixth, lifelong learning. Establish the concept of lifelong learning, abide by the teacher training system, keep learning, keep pace with the times, consciously update the educational concept, improve the knowledge structure, concentrate on education and teaching, and constantly improve the ability level of teaching and educating people.
Measures to deal with teachers' violation of professional ethics in primary and secondary schools
Article 1 In order to standardize teachers' professional behavior and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Teachers and the Regulations on Teachers' Qualification.
Two, the term "primary and secondary school teachers" as mentioned in these Measures refers to teachers in kindergartens, special education institutions, ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, children's palaces, local teaching and research offices, audio-visual education and other institutions.
The primary and secondary school teachers mentioned in the preceding paragraph include private school teachers.
Article 3 The punishments mentioned in these Measures include warning, demerit recording, demotion of professional and technical posts, revocation of professional and technical posts or administrative posts, dismissal or termination of employment contracts. Among them, the warning period is 6 months, and the overdue period is 12 months, and the period for lowering the level of professional and technical posts and revoking professional and technical posts or administrative posts is 24 months.
Article 4. A teacher who commits one of the following acts shall be given corresponding punishment according to the seriousness of the case:
(a) in the education and teaching activities, there are words and deeds that violate the principles and policies of the party and the state;
(two), in the event of an emergency in education and teaching activities, do not perform the duties of protecting the personal safety of students;
(three) in the education and teaching activities and student management evaluation, unfair treatment of students, resulting in obvious negative effects;
(four), in the enrollment, examination, evaluation, evaluation of professional titles, teaching and scientific research, fraud, favoritism;
(five) corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form by insulting or discriminating against students, causing physical and mental harm to students;
(six), sexual harassment of students or proper relationship with students;
(seven) in violation of regulations, asking for or accepting property from parents and students;
(eight), organize or participate in business activities for students, or force students to order supplementary materials, newspapers and periodicals for profit;
(9) Organizing and requiring students to take paid remedial classes inside and outside the school, or organizing and participating in off-campus training institutions to make paid remedial classes for students;
(ten), other serious violations of professional ethics should be punished accordingly.
Article 5. Schools and schools' competent education departments shall promptly organize investigation and verification of relevant facts if they find that teachers may commit the acts listed in Article 4. Before making a decision, teachers should listen to their statements and arguments, listen to the opinions of students, other teachers, parents' committees or parents' representatives, and inform teachers of their right to request a hearing.
If a teacher asks for a hearing on the punishment of lowering the professional and technical post level or above, the department that intends to make a decision shall organize a hearing.
Article 6. Disciplinary action against teachers should adhere to the principle of justice, fairness and the combination of education and punishment. It should be adapted to the nature, circumstances and degree of harm of its violation of professional ethics; It is necessary to have clear facts, conclusive evidence, accurate nature, proper handling, legal procedures and complete procedures.
