Raw materials:
Rice noodles, celery leaves and pork slices
Homemade Chili sauce with red and green peppers
Sliced crab roe, sausage and chicken (all shredded)
Exercise:
1) Add scallion oil, saute shallots and garlic to the pan, then add the sliced meat and stir fry.
(Sliced meat is marinated with soy sauce and starch)
2) Add crab roe, sausage and shredded chicken and stir-fry until fragrant. Put it in reserve.
3) Take another pot, add onion oil and homemade Chili sauce and stir-fry until spicy.
4) Pour in (2) and pepper sauce, stir well, and add proper amount of chicken essence powder and soy sauce.
5) Pour in the river flour and stir-fry until it is completely mixed with the ingredients.
6) Shred green pepper and celery and stir fry.

Fried rice noodles must be prosperous, fried quickly and lightly, and it is difficult to grasp. If the action is too fierce, the fried rice noodles may be broken. But it doesn't matter if you fry it for your family. It's the same in your stomach anyway.
