According to the Notice on Issues Concerning Including Civil Servants' Participation in Off-the-job Training in the Annual Assessment Form issued by the General Office of the Organization Department of the Central Committee and the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (word [20 15] No.51), in order to implement the newly promulgated Regulations on Cadre Education and Training, improve the annual assessment system for civil servants, and further include civil servants' education and training in the annual assessment scope. Off-the-job training mainly refers to organizing job transfer, which mainly refers to the centralized education and training for civil servants who leave after job transfer. Two, civil servants should truthfully fill in the full-time training in the "civil service annual assessment registration form". According to the Notice of the Civil Service Bureau of the Autonomous Region on Doing a Good Job in Training Civil Servants of Administrative Organs in the Region in 20 15 (Gui Gong Han [20 15] 172), qualified personnel can only be determined as competent (including competent) or above after annual assessment, and civil servants who have not participated in off-the-job training or examination, have not completed the training or failed the examination. Three, since the 20 15 annual assessment, the city unified use of the revised "civil service annual assessment registration form" and "reference to the civil service law management unit staff annual assessment registration form" (see annex), no longer use the old form.
