The education content of rural Party branch to party member is an all-round systematic project, with different emphases and requirements in different periods. At present, combined with the situation faced by rural party organizations and the tasks undertaken, the Party branch should strengthen the education and training of party member in the following aspects. First, strengthen the education of maintaining the advanced nature of Communist party member and establish a long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of Communist party member. Second, strengthen the education of basic Marxist theories and master Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods. Third, strengthen education in science, technology and culture, and improve party member's ability to build socialist modernization.
