Second, the way of participation.

1. Participants first submitted the title of "Little Plum Blossom" to the Provincial Dramatists Association for approval. The Provincial Dramatists Association confirms the qualifications of local applicants through examination and selection, and submits their materials to the organizing committee. The provincial dramatists' associations can submit 4+2 (individuals), the regions where "Little Plum Blossoms" are held can submit 8+2 (individuals), and the training bases of Chinese Dramatists' Association can submit 3+2 (individuals) separately, but they must be reported to the provincial dramatists' associations for the record. The "+2" above is a group program.

2. The Organizing Committee organizes experts to review the materials submitted by provincial drama associations and determine the finalists.

3. The organizing committee will organize experts to conduct on-site audit on the shortlisted works and decide whether to award them the title of "Little Plum Blossom".

Three. Projects submitted for approval and relevant regulations

In order to fully demonstrate the profoundness of China's traditional art, highlight the important position of Peking Opera in China's drama art, and consider that the popularization of traditional art among children should be gradual, and start with cultivating interest, the following items are determined for approval in this activity, and will be judged by groups:

1, Beijing opera, Kunqu opera fragments and aria singing.

2, local opera fragments, singing.

3. Opera singing. (Advocating new creation)

4. China traditional opera performance skills. (Dance drama fragments or martial arts dramas, the main instrumental performances of various dramas, self-singing, etc. )

5. Group performances. (Singing opera arias, singing opera songs and performing opera skills by a group of people, opera fragments with three or more roles, newly compiled children's opera plays or opera teaching materials)

The specified time for singing and skill programs is more than 3 minutes and less than 8 minutes; The specified time of the group program is more than 5 minutes and less than 10 minutes.

1. The materials submitted for review include: A. 2. Those who have won the title of "Little Plum Blossom" in Group A of the professional group will not be submitted for trial.

3. The winner of the program selected for the Flower Festival and the winner of the title of "Little Plum Blossom" must guarantee to participate in the rehearsal and performance, otherwise it will be regarded as the abstention of this activity.

4. In order to respect the applicant's right to know, the Provincial Dramatists Association should send the detailed rules to the applicant as far as possible, or inform him in detail through his unit, or ask him to visit the website of the Chinese Dramatists Association to inquire about the detailed rules and download the form.

As the applicants are minors, the organizing committee will not charge any fees during the audit. In the process of evaluation and selection, provincial drama associations also hope to seek social assistance and solve the funding problem as much as possible; If necessary, charge the applicant for auditing, video recording and audio recording. , should be clearly marked, follow the principle of reasonable and voluntary.
