Learning content

4. Roasted products: We mainly learn how to roast duck and pork belly systematically. Here, we focus on learning and mastering the knowledge of roasting temperature, time, techniques and skills.

5. Cutting products: mainly study the cutting of duck meat, pork belly and other ingredients. Here, we focus on learning and mastering the knowledge of cutting, placing and decoration of each ingredient;

6, dipping sauce production: the main system to learn how to use onions, ginger, garlic, sugar, white vinegar, pepper, soy sauce, blending oil and other ingredients to make dipping sauce.
