Increase policy support. We will continue to implement tax policies to support and promote entrepreneurship and employment for key groups. For college graduates and people with employment difficulties who have started small and micro enterprises for the first time or engaged in self-employment and have been operating normally for more than 1 year, local governments are encouraged to carry out one-time pilot work of entrepreneurship subsidies. For workers who start businesses in high value-added industries, entrepreneurship support policies should be tilted.
