(4) Master of Laws education. Recruit full-time undergraduate law graduates from ordinary colleges and universities for two years, and focus on strengthening the application of knowledge and the cultivation of professional skills on the basis of completing the requirements of the training program for master of laws. During my stay at school, I will arrange one year of theoretical teaching and one year of practical teaching, among which I will practice in the practical department for half a year. Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration method and time. This registration is conducted online, and the registration website is Anhui Personnel Examination Network (www.apta.gov.cn). Registration time is from 9:00 on August 26th to August 30th 17:00. Applicants log on to Anhui Personnel Examination Network, sign the Examination Integrity Certificate, fill in the Registration Form, and upload their electronic photos (recent bareheaded photos, jpg format, size 295x4 13 pixels, size 20- 100 KB). Each person is limited to one position, and must use the same valid ID card to register and take the exam. The application information submitted by the applicant shall be true and accurate. Those who provide false application information will be disqualified according to relevant regulations once verified. Anyone who forges or alters relevant documents, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification will be dealt with according to relevant laws and regulations.
2. Qualification examination. The qualification examination shall be organized and implemented by the municipal competent department of civil servants and the recruitment agency at the same level. End the qualification examination before September 1 day 17: 00, and end the qualification examination of applicants before September 18:00; On September 4th, from 9:00- 17:00, the qualification of the original applicants who changed their registration after the recruitment position was cancelled was examined.
The professional qualifications stipulated in the recruitment position shall be interpreted by the recruitment organ and the municipal competent department of civil servants.
3. Registration confirmation. Applicants should log on to Anhui Personnel Examination Network to check their qualifications after registration and before September 0 17:00. Those who pass the exam cannot apply for other positions; Those who have not been audited or failed to pass the audit can be reported to other positions before September 1.
Applicants who have passed the qualification examination will log on to Anhui Personnel Examination Network before September 2 17:00, and pay the written examination fee through the third-party payment platform (Epro). If the rural poor and urban residents apply for written examination fee reduction, online confirmation and online payment will be implemented after registration. According to the recruitment plan and the written test scores of candidates, the minimum qualified score line is determined for the administrative professional ability test scores. If you fail in one of the exams, you will be disqualified from entering the next link. From the personnel who have reached the minimum qualified score line (hereinafter referred to as written test personnel), the candidates for physical fitness assessment, interview, physical examination and inspection are determined according to the regulations.
(3) Qualification examination
Before the physical fitness assessment or interview, the competent departments of civil servants in various cities will recruit the recruitment agencies to examine the qualifications of candidates who participate in the physical fitness assessment or interview. Those who do not meet the requirements of the application conditions, or cannot provide the required documents, or do not accept the qualification review within the specified time, will be disqualified from participating in the physical fitness assessment or interview. If there are vacancies in physical fitness assessment or interview candidates due to disqualification, the candidates who apply for the same position on the written test line will be re-examined according to the specified time from high score to low score.
At the time of qualification review, candidates must provide valid ID cards, academic certificates, written test admission tickets and other related materials. If the recruitment position requires academic qualifications, it is necessary to provide certificates and materials such as degree certificates. Physical fitness assessment
Persons who apply for positions in the people's police shall organize physical fitness assessment in accordance with regulations. According to the number of people in the job recruitment plan, among those who have reached the written test line in the same position, the physical fitness assessment candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 3: 1. Below the prescribed proportion is determined according to the actual number. If more than one candidate has the same written test results, the last candidate will be determined as the physical fitness assessment candidate.
The physical fitness assessment work shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for Public Security Organs to Employ People's Police (Provisional) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48), and the municipal competent department of civil servants shall be responsible for organizing the implementation. If there are vacancies in the interview candidates, they will be filled in equal amount according to the regulations, and then the qualification review and physical fitness assessment will be carried out. Replenishment is only done once.
(5) Interview
According to the number of job recruitment plans, among those who have reached the line in the same position (the people's police position has passed the physical examination), the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 3: 1 from high to low. Below the prescribed proportion is determined according to the actual number. There are many people with the same written test scores, and the last one is determined as the interview candidate. Interview related matters shall be determined separately.
After the interview, the written test score and the interview score are combined into the total test score according to the ratio of 6:4. If the number of people actually participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number of people in the job recruitment plan, the interview score must reach 75 or above or the average score of the people actually participating in the interview in the examination room on the same day before entering the medical examination and inspection procedures. If the interview score is lower than 60 points, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled.
(6) Physical examination and inspection
The candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the number of job recruitment plans and the total test scores of interviewers in the same position, among which: those who apply for the post of master of law are determined according to the ratio of 2: 1; Those who apply for other positions shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. If there are more people with the same total score in the final exam, they will be sorted according to the written test scores and the administrative professional ability test scores.
The physical examination and inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the competent departments of civil servants in various cities, and shall be carried out in the order of first physical examination and then inspection. For various reasons, if there is a vacancy in the recruitment position (master of laws post) to be re-examined or to be admitted (other positions), it will be filled in equal amount among the interviewers in the same position according to the regulations. No more than once per person.

Relevant training institutions re-examine the candidates according to the list of candidates to be re-examined, and determine the candidates to be admitted. The candidates to be admitted shall be publicized by the provincial civil servant department for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the admission, the provincial civil servant department will report the list of candidates to the central civil servant department, and the relevant training institutions will issue an admission notice; If there are still no qualified personnel after the second interview, the recruitment position will be cancelled.
For those who have passed the physical examination and inspection of other positions, according to the number of job recruitment plans and the order of candidates' total scores, the candidates to be admitted will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, which will be publicized for 7 days after being audited by the municipal civil servant department. If there is no objection to the publicity, the municipalities shall submit it to the competent department of civil servants in the province, and the relevant training institutions shall issue admission notices according to the list of candidates to be admitted; If the problems reflected during the publicity period affect the admission and there is evidence, the proposed admission qualification will be cancelled. It will not be replenished after publicity.

Four, training, management and graduate employment
When the admitted personnel report to the relevant colleges and universities, they will sign a directional training agreement with the training colleges, provincial political and legal organs and directional recruitment units to accept the training. The registered permanent residence and files of the admitted personnel move into the admission school. The admitted personnel shall be managed in accordance with the student management regulations during their school days and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of their institutions; During the school period, tuition is free, and living allowance is paid according to the standard stipulated in document Caizong [2008] No.459 of the Ministry of Finance.
Graduates who meet the requirements will be dispatched by colleges and universities according to the targeted recruitment units, and their files and accounts will be transferred to relevant units. After the students report to the orientation unit, the recruiting unit shall go through the recruitment procedures for civil servants according to the prescribed authority and procedures. Persons who have not passed the relevant degree examination during their studies at school, and those who have not met the corresponding post qualification requirements upon graduation, shall not be employed as civil servants. The state is not responsible for arranging jobs, and candidates choose their own jobs. At the same time, education fees and subsidies (including tuition fees, training fees and living allowances) will be refunded to candidates in one lump sum.
