You can't.

According to the website of Hubei College, those who meet one of the following conditions to apply for the major of enterprise human resource management may be exempted from some subjects:

1. You can pass the enterprise human resource manager level 3 exam or the qualification exam for junior economic majors (human resource management), and you can be recruited and assigned without trial at the professional stage.

2. Those who have passed the second-level examination for enterprise human resource managers or the intermediate economic vocational qualification examination (human resource management) may be exempted from the two subjects of "Recruitment and Configuration" and "Employee Relationship Management" in the professional stage.

3. After passing the first-level examination of enterprise human resource manager, you can be exempted from the three subjects of recruitment and configuration, employee relationship management, training and development in the professional stage.
