No video tutorial of DM642 has been found for the time being. Professor Peng's video from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China seems to be aimed at C5000 series DSP courses. Personally, I don't think learning DM642 will help. One is the C6000 platform, and the other is the C5000 platform. The kernel architecture is too different. There are also some video tutorials under the C6000 platform, such as "TI DSP C64+ Network Video Tutorial" given by TI engineers, which you can find under Baidu. Only for C6455, the C64+ kernel has some features that DM642 may not have. Personally, I think this video is helpful for learning DM642. Learning DM642 is more about reading more materials, reading more codes and writing more codes yourself.
