I. Work before entering the site
1, receive relevant training-project training, software training used in work, and subject training;
2. Collection and storage of relevant materials.
Second, the work after entering the site
1. Do the customer's' house inspection confirmation'-online confirmation, fill in the house inspection confirmation form correctly, scan the code and distribute the gift package;
2. Help the intended customers to brush the group purchase fee-fill in the group purchase agreement correctly (in quadruplicate-we, our finance, customers and developers), brush the group purchase fee correctly, copy the POS slip, card and customer identity information (for refund), and issue a receipt to the customers;
3. Keep good communication with the on-site sales line, keep abreast of customer transactions and update the housing;
4. The customer who clinches a deal must communicate with Party A every day, keep abreast of the signing situation of the customer, collect and copy the customer information and the signed contract (copy of the down payment invoice and copy of the key page of the contract), and invite the commission in time.
