20**, on September 24th, I was very lucky to participate in the "National Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance (20 * *)-the training and study of class teachers in the remote training project for key teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Gansu Province. For me, this training is not only the study of business theory, but also the improvement of ideological understanding and a spiritual cleansing.
If school education is to build a building, the head teacher is a scaffold, which connects every key part and is the "node" of the whole building, maintaining the complex relationship among family, school and society. As a class teacher, I deeply realize how important my task is.
