At the time of exit inspection, the exit goods inspection form shall be filled in, and necessary documents such as foreign trade contract, letter of credit, invoice, packing list and other relevant documents required shall be provided. 2. Sampling. After accepting the inspection and quarantine report, the inspection and quarantine institution shall promptly send personnel to the place where the goods are stored for on-site inspection and appraisal. Different sampling methods are adopted for different commodities, including: boarding sampling, packaging dumping sampling, stacking sampling, ex-factory storage sampling, pre-packaging sampling, production sampling, loading sampling, ditching sampling and flow interval sampling. Step 3 check. Export commodities from mainland provinces and cities need to be inspected by mainland inspection agencies, and an Export Commodity Inspection Certificate shall be issued to apply to the port inspection agencies for inspection and release. According to the relevant provisions of the state, those who meet the requirements for exemption from inspection may apply for exemption from inspection. 4. Issue certificates. After the export commodities pass the inspection by the inspection department, they shall be inspected and released by the Customs Clearance Form for Outbound Goods. For imported goods, after inspection, the Customs Clearance Form for Imported Goods shall be issued for customs clearance. The inspection agency may, according to the requirements of the applicant, issue commodity inspection certificates or commodity inspection certificates to qualified commodities.
