The housing accumulation fund system was established in Chengdu from 65438 to 0992. 2. Entrusted loan management

Responsible for the recovery and collection of entrusted loans of housing provident fund and other post-loan management.
3. Accounting management
Accounting for the management expenses of the department;
Accounting housing provident fund unit account and employee individual subsidiary ledger;
Accounting housing provident fund personal loan ledger;
Handle the accounting check of bank deposits of housing provident fund;
Provide account inquiry for employees.
Accounting procedures for value-added income of housing provident fund and entrusted business.

Collection and extraction of housing accumulation fund;
Housing provident fund entrusted loans, principal and interest recovery;
Interest payment for cancellation of employee housing provident fund;
Interest income from bank deposits of housing provident fund.
5. Business file management
Manage the deposit of housing provident fund and extract business files;
Management of housing provident fund entrusted loan business files and loan cooperation project files.
Manage accounting files.
Second, the authorized responsibilities
The legal person of the Center authorizes the heads of all management departments to exercise the following management rights in the region under this Agreement on the premise of performing their basic duties:
1, examine and approve the application for registration of housing provident fund deposit, change and cancellation;
2, examination and approval of employee housing provident fund remittance, payment, transfer, storage, custody and other applications;
3, the examination and approval unit to apply for reducing the deposit ratio or holdover housing provident fund application;
4, the examination and approval of employee housing provident fund extraction application;
5, examination and approval of employee individual housing provident fund entrusted loans;
6. Examine and approve the transfer procedures of inter-bank funds (within 2 million yuan) in the area.
