The application materials are as follows:
1) Registration Form
2) Materials to be submitted by students entrusted by the unit: resumes, photocopies of graduation certificates and degree certificates, letters of recommendation from the unit, photocopies of English test transcripts and other award-winning certificates. Doctors who have worked for more than 2 years should submit a copy of the qualification certificate of practicing doctors.
3) Materials to be submitted by socialized students: resumes, employment recommendation forms for graduates (submitted by recent graduates), copies of academic degree certificates (submitted by previous graduates), copies of English proficiency test transcripts and copies of other award-winning certificates.
3. Recruitment assessment: including material review, theoretical examination and interview. Complete the review of application materials before June 10, and inform the students to take the theoretical examination and interview. Please refer to the examination notice for the specific time and place.
Assessment and evaluation
The assessment of resident training must be standardized and gradually meet the requirements of standardization. The assessment is divided into peacetime assessment and stage assessment, the hospital organizes its own assessment, and provincial and municipal colleges organize theoretical examinations and computer examinations.
After the rotation of each department, the director of the department will organize the members of the evaluation team to comprehensively evaluate the medical ethics, clinical skills and teaching ability of residents by secret ballot, and record them in the rotation manual.
