Professional title and employment certificate: the difference between skill level and training certificate
Technician title is not the same as technician certificate. Professional title is a nominal post technical level, including national level and freelancer level. The employment certificate is the certificate of job training. The former belongs to the technical ability level, and the latter belongs to the learning and training certificate.

Technical ability level

Professional and technical titles are evaluated by professional and technical examinations and professional and technical expert groups. Professional title means that the corresponding post skills are not only fully mastered, but also divided into three basic levels: primary, intermediate and advanced.

Certificate of study and training

An employment certificate means that after study and training, it shows that you can be competent for the work (operation) of this position, regardless of the technical level.

differentiate

The biggest difference is the evaluation of professional titles. Work permits are studied or trained.
