Yes, as of August 22, 2023, there was only one naval NCO school for Japanese soldiers. The PLA Naval NCO School, located in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, was established in June 1986 1 1. It is one of the two NCO schools pioneered by the whole army. The school has a training department, a political department and a school affairs department. The school mainly undertakes secondary and higher vocational education for non-commissioned officers and on-the-job training for non-commissioned officers.
